Lexus welcomes customers back to its centres

Following the government’s easing of COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, Lexus is pleased to confirm that the majority of its showrooms have re-opened (Glasgow and Edinburgh will re-open from 29 June) and are ready to extend world-famous service to customers.

Sites will ensure the safety of all visitors and staff with comprehensive measures in place for social distancing and hygiene. As well as consultations in the showroom, customers will also be able to take unaccompanied test drives, with contactless drop off and collection and scrupulous cleaning of vehicles.

Lexus workshops are already providing vehicle servicing, MoT tests and repairs, operating to strict hygiene and operating standards to safeguard customers and technicians.

Access to centres is by appointment in order to ensure only safe numbers of people are present at any time. Contact details and opening times for centres can be found on the following page on the Lexus UK website. For those who prefer not to travel, or who are unable to leave home at this time, Lexus is pleased to offer video sales consultations with experts. These will be made available through all UK centres during June.

Scrappage savings

Lexus has been operating its own scrappage scheme since 2017, giving customers the opportunity to dispose of their old vehicle and gain savings on the recommended retail price of a new model. This currently applies to the CT hatchback, UX, NX, RX and RX L SUVs and ES saloon, with savings of up to £4,000 available.
