Lexus introduces the CT 200h at the 2010 Paris motor show

Although the Paris motor show doesn’t open to the public until tomorrow, journalists from across the globe flocked to the Lexus display yesterday to see the final production version of the new CT 200h.

If you’ve been following our regular CT 200h blog updates, you will already know a lot about the latest addition to the Lexus range. It’s the brand new Lexus full hybrid that’s competing in the ultra-competitive premium hatchback sector. CT 200h offers the benefits of a dynamic driving experience with class-leading emissions and exceptional fuel economy.

The full technical specification for the new CT 200h has now been announced, including exterior dimensions and interior luggage space – click here for the complete list. If you’re more interested in equipment levels than technical details, we can tell you that the CT 200h will be available in three different grades: SE-I, SE-L and SE-L Premier.

The SE-I grade includes dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth, 17-inch alloys, push button start and LED daytime running lights. The higher grade SE-L features leather upholstery, heated front seats and front and rear parking sensors.

The range-topping SE-L Premier is the best expression of Lexus luxury and refinement in the CT 200h. It includes LED headlamps (the first in its class), a 13-speaker Mark Levinson audio system, Hard Disk Drive satellite navigation and Lexus Remote Touch. Click here to find out more.
