Your local Lexus centre remains the recommended first point of contact for the majority of service, vehicle order and technical enquiries. Irrespective of the time, Lexus UK is always digitally open and contactable from most popular social media channels.

In addition to being able to message an individual Lexus centre using the online contact form mentioned above, you can also direct questions to our dedicated community management team, which is on call from 08:00 to 20:00 weekdays and from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekends.   2. I have emailed before. I wish Apple car play fitted to my UX and am relying on the price you mention £80. However I am told as it is out of manufacturers warranty it will cost £300. I assume yo will honour the price you quote. Please can you confirm as it is being serviced next week.

  3. I am trying to connect my Moto G9 mobile with the sat nav system on my my GS300.
    The phone is connected for telephone and audio with no problem
    I think I have followed all the steps to link the sat nav system by cannot complete the final connection – receiving the error message ID=195

    Please advise

  5. Dear Sirs

    I have a 2008 Lexus IS 250 SE-L, which has been exceptionally well maintained over its life. It has been serviced regularly by Lexus Hedge End, Southampton, and has covered only 36,000 miles.

    During the recent wet weather, one of the plastic undershields became partially detached from the vehicle, causing it to be destroyed by contact with the road. Inspection of the underside of the vehicle showed that all of the undershields were very loose, and that urgent tightening of the fittings was necessary.

    An enquiry with my local Lexus dealer provided me with the price for a replacement undershield – a staggering £450! The required part number is 58399-53020.

    Further enquiries revealed that the detachment of these undershields is a known issue, and one that should have been picked up during any of the many service visits to Lexus Hedge End. So much so, in fact, that a modified part is now available, Part Number 58399-53021.

    I think that this cost is astronomical for a simple plastic undershield, and one that I should not have to bear. Please tell me how I can receive this part at a more reasonable price – or better still, without charge.

  6. When maneuvering my nx45h in a tight space is there any way to reduce throtle sensitivity.
    Sometimes I feel at risk of lurching the car into the wall when repeatedly using small movements of the throttle to navigate out of my drive.

  8. After having bought a Lexus RX450H pre registered from Leicester branch in November 2022 I have unfortunately kerbed one of the allies that came on that vehicle. I called out the same company Lexus use with their warranty and they advised me the wheels I had they could not repair. I contacted the branch I bought the car from and they informed me there is no-one in the uk who can repair these wheels! Why would you put something on a vehicle to sell that is not repairable in this country firstly? And secondly if I was aware of this I would have certainly taken out the alloy wheel cover so this would officially be down to yourselves rather than me to resolve. I love the car but this cosmetic small damage does constantly nag at me and I would greatly value your feedback on this please.
