Lexus UK tries to make it as easy as possible to get in touch, whether that is to ask us a question or to offer feedback on our products and services. So what do you need to do to contact Lexus UK?
Contact Lexus UK in-person

In addition to being able to message an individual Lexus centre using the online contact form mentioned above, you can also direct questions to our dedicated community management team, which is on call from 08:00 to 20:00 weekdays and from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekends. These knowledgeable team members reply to questions posted via the comments section at the bottom of any article on this site. We purchased a used UX 300E Takumi from Lexus Bolton on Sunday 26th April 2026.
We seen the car on Autotrader on 25th and contacted the Bolton Centre to discuss the car.
I spoke to Aidas, who is the transaction manager and he was a very professional person to speak with.
He said that one of the sales team would be in contact.
Fifteen minutes later, Brooke called me and sent me a very close up video of the car.
I arranged to visit and see the car in person the next day around 260 miles away.
The car was as described by Brooke and we made the purchase.
A delightful team at the centre all being friendly and professional.
We collected the car the following Sunday and are extremely pleased with it.
I have nothing but praise for Brooke and the rest of the team.
Thank you for a very pleaseant experience.

I have a 2023 NX and started the over the air driver support update. This was proceeding well until I accidentally touched the progress screen. The update instantly cancelled and it now says there is no update available. How can I restart the procedure?
Hello Keith,
For assistance with your multimedia system, please contact your local Lexus centre for guidance: https://www.lexus.co.uk/
They should be well-equipped to help.
Many thanks,
Lexus UK
I have grown up with fords and triumphs that would last to 120000 miles as roughly a lmit
I had a lovely Alpha Romeo Gtv6 but i was on first name terms with the mechanic.
The Expression Fix it again tomorrow was applied to another maker
Then i had a Mercedes up to about 150000 miles but the turbo packed up and it was quite tired.
I was looking for another second hand car and there was a Lexus Rx400 for sale at woodford lexus
with over 150,000 miles for sale by a main agent offering a full years guarantee.
I did buy one and later was very happy to sell it to a good friend with 240,000 miles on the clock
and would not expect any problems for a good while yet.
I now have an Rx 450 bought at about 50,000 miles and it is a lovely reliable car.
John

I am being inundated with calls (seems to be from India) regarding my purchase in January of an NX350h.
They seem to know all my details including registration number mobile number etc.
They are referring to PCP claims although I had no finance on the car.
My reg number is ******* and my email address is ******************
Could you please investigate and stop these calls.
Thanks
Peter Bangay

Love my low millege 2023 Rx500h Takumi but… having a number of technical issues creeping in (which i believe are software related):
– Transmission bangs, rough and jerky gear changes.
– Short shift rough gear changes from 1st to 2nd gear. And on change-down.
– Intermittant transmission bang and then complete car shutdown for a minute in the middle of traffic.
– Rough and hesitant throttle engagement.
– Rear motor bump when stopping.
– HUD and then on another occasion the PKSB stopped working for an evening.
Spoken to the local service centre about the transmission issues, all they do is plug the car in and and say no fault found, yet the internet shows these are known issues with the model. Sometimes requiring re-programming of various control modules, transmission control units and ECU’s before the transmission gets damaged.
Who can help me here, i need more then “diagnostics say everything ok”. I cant keep breaking down in traffic!!!
Can someone reach out, take my VIN and escalate please!
Good morning Dave,
Thank you for your comment. We take the voice of our customer very seriously.
As this seems to be a technical issue we are unable to raise a case for you ourselves, however we would recommend that you seek assistance from our customer support team. They will be able to escalate your query to the correct channels.
We hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Lexus UK
