Lexus Safety System +
Pre-Collision System (PCS) uses a radar sensor and front camera to detect vehicles in front of your Lexus. If a collision is imminent, PCS visibly and audibly warns you. It can even automatically apply the brakes to reduce the chance of collision.
Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) monitors road markings on motorways and faster roads to detect if your Lexus is drifting out of lane. If it is triggered, LTA provides you with a warning and can even gently steer the vehicle back into its lane. It won’t trigger when you’re using the indicators and changing lanes, unless there’s a vehicle in your blind spot.
Adaptive High-Beam System (AHS) uses a camera to monitor the light from other road users and street lighting. It then adapts your vehicle’s headlight beam to give you the best visibility without dazzling other road users. AHS is available on selected models.
Road Sign Assist (RSA) recognises specific road signs and displays this information on your vehicle’s multi-information display. If you are driving outside of these instructions, RSA will audibly and visibly remind you.
Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) is an adaptive cruise control that, when in use, maintains a constant speed until it comes up behind another vehicle. DRCC will then adjust your speed to maintain a fixed distance to the vehicle in front. When the road ahead is clear, it resumes the previous cruising speed. DRCC also combines with RSA to alert you to needed changes in your vehicle’s speed.

I was driving down the M4 with cruise on and lane assist on and the steering wheel was almost constantly vibrating.
Perhaps UK lanes are much narrower than in the USA or elsewhere? I have turned lane assist off and will never use it again.
Or is there a sensitivity adjustment or software update for the UK?
Hello Fivish,
Please can you provide your vehicle registration so that we can look into this for you.
Thanks.
